Juni 2023 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">die Regierung Kanadas<\/a> In Kanada wurden Tierversuche f\u00fcr Kosmetikprodukte zur Gew\u00e4hrleistung der Produktsicherheit und\/oder die Verwendung falscher oder irref\u00fchrender Kennzeichnungen in Bezug auf Tierversuche verboten. Dies stellt einen wichtigen Fortschritt f\u00fcr den Tierschutz dar, da Tierversuche reduziert und gleichzeitig Gesundheit und Sicherheit gew\u00e4hrleistet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Mit der Verabschiedung des Gesetzesentwurfs C-47, Haushaltsdurchf\u00fchrungsgesetz 2023, Nr. 1, wurde der Food and Drugs Act (FDA) dahingehend ge\u00e4ndert, dass Tierversuche f\u00fcr Kosmetika verboten sind. Die neuen Gesetzes\u00e4nderungen bedeuten, dass Unternehmen in Kanada keine Kosmetikprodukte mehr an Tieren testen oder Kosmetika verkaufen d\u00fcrfen, deren Unbedenklichkeit auf Daten aus Tierversuchen beruht.<\/p>\n<p>Tierversuche f\u00fcr Kosmetika sind weltweit deutlich zur\u00fcckgegangen und wurden in Kanada nur noch selten durchgef\u00fchrt.
