Juni 2023 bez\u00fcglich der Verpflichtung, unverarbeitetes frisches Obst und Gem\u00fcse ohne Verpackungen, die ganz oder teilweise aus Kunststoff bestehen, zum Verkauf anzubieten, wurde am 21. Juni ver\u00f6ffentlicht und tritt am 1. Juli 2023 in Kraft.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Es gilt f\u00fcr frisches Obst und Gem\u00fcse, das in Einzelhandelsgesch\u00e4ften, an Verkaufsst\u00e4nden und auf M\u00e4rkten verkauft wird. 29 Obst- und Gem\u00fcsesorten sowie reifes Obst (\u201eim vollreifen Zustand an den Endverbraucher verkauft\u201c) und gekeimte Samen sind vom Verbot ausgenommen.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>F\u00fcr die unter das Verbot fallenden Produkte sieht die Verordnung vor, dass Verpackungen, die ganz oder teilweise aus Kunststoff bestehen, bis zum 31.
