Am 14. Juli 2023 er\u00f6ffnete die Nationale Agentur f\u00fcr Arzneimittel, Lebensmittel und Medizintechnik (ANMAT) eine Kommentierungsfrist f\u00fcr einen Verordnungsentwurf zur Regelung der GESUNDHEITSBESCHREIBUNGEN f\u00fcr Lebensmittel und alkoholfreie Getr\u00e4nke, die in Abwesenheit des Kunden zubereitet und\/oder verpackt werden, um dem Verbraucher angeboten zu werden und anschlie\u00dfend in der Werbung f\u00fcr die breite \u00d6ffentlichkeit verwendet zu werden.<\/div>\n

Dies gilt auch f\u00fcr gesundheitsbezogene Angaben, die vor der Erteilung und\/oder Aktualisierung des Nationalen Lebensmittelregisters (RNPA) f\u00fcr Erfrischungsgetr\u00e4nke und Nahrungsmittel bei der zust\u00e4ndigen Gesundheitsbeh\u00f6rde eingereicht werden m\u00fcssen. Dies gilt auch f\u00fcr Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungsmittel, da diese in Argentinien als Lebensmittel eingestuft werden.<\/div>\n
