{"id":4407,"date":"2023-09-08T10:10:53","date_gmt":"2023-09-08T02:10:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regask.com\/?p=4407"},"modified":"2024-11-16T05:17:14","modified_gmt":"2024-11-15T21:17:14","slug":"eu-kennzeichnung-von-duftstoffallergenen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regask.com\/de\/eu-fragrance-allergen-labeling\/","title":{"rendered":"EU-Verordnung zur Kennzeichnung von Duftstoffallergenen von der \u2026 \u00fcbernommen."},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission hat eine neue Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2023\/1545 zur \u00c4nderung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1223\/2009 des Europ\u00e4ischen Parlaments und des Rates hinsichtlich der Kennzeichnung von Duftstoffallergenen in kosmetischen Mitteln verabschiedet.<\/p>\n<p>Derzeit sind 24 Duftstoffallergene, die in den Eintr\u00e4gen 45 und 67 bis 92 des Anhangs III der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1223\/2009 aufgef\u00fchrt sind, in der Zutatenliste (einzeln gekennzeichnet) zu nennen. Die neue Verordnung schl\u00e4gt 56 zus\u00e4tzliche Duftstoffallergene vor, die auf der Verpackung eines kosmetischen Mittels einzeln gekennzeichnet werden m\u00fcssen, wenn ihre Konzentration 0,0011 TP18T in Leave-on-Produkten und 0,011 TP18T in Rinse-off-Produkten \u00fcberschreitet.
