Dieser Bericht informiert \u00fcber die weltweiten Fortschritte bei der Bek\u00e4mpfung von Hunger und Unterern\u00e4hrung und sch\u00e4tzt die Zahl der Menschen, die sich keine gesunde Ern\u00e4hrung leisten k\u00f6nnen. Er hebt hervor, dass Konflikte, Klimaextreme, Konjunkturabschw\u00fcnge, unerschwingliche nahrhafte Lebensmittel und zunehmende Ungleichheit die Zielerreichung behindern. Der Bericht untersucht zudem die Auswirkungen der Urbanisierung auf Ern\u00e4hrungssicherheit und Ern\u00e4hrung und zeigt, dass der Lebensmitteleinkauf und der Konsum von verarbeiteten Lebensmitteln sowohl in st\u00e4dtischen als auch in l\u00e4ndlichen Gebieten zunehmen.
