Dieser Artikel legt Folgendes fest:<\/p>\n<p><em>Speise\u00f6le und -fette sowie Lebensmittel und alkoholfreie Getr\u00e4nke d\u00fcrfen in ihrer Verkaufspr\u00e4sentation keine teilweise geh\u00e4rteten \u00d6le, sogenannte Transfette, enthalten, die w\u00e4hrend des industriellen Herstellungsprozesses zugesetzt wurden. Lebensmittel, alkoholfreie Getr\u00e4nke, \u00d6le und Fette d\u00fcrfen nicht mehr als zwei Teile industriell hergestellte Transfetts\u00e4uren pro 100 Teile Gesamtfetts\u00e4uren enthalten.<\/em>. Demnach d\u00fcrfen hochverarbeitete Produkte wie Donuts, Schokolade, Tiefk\u00fchlpizza und andere keine Transfette mehr enthalten. Diese Ma\u00dfnahme zielt darauf ab, schwere und t\u00f6dliche Hirn- und Herzerkrankungen bei Verbrauchern zu verhindern.<\/p>\n<p>Laut lokalen Medien argumentiert die Lebensmittelindustrie, die Umsetzung dieser Beschr\u00e4nkung sei verwirrend und k\u00f6nne zu rechtlichen Problemen f\u00fchren. Sie behauptet au\u00dferdem, es sei unm\u00f6glich, alle Produkte mit Transfetten innerhalb der vorgegebenen Zeit aus den Regalen zu nehmen.
