Als weltweit erstes umfassendes KI-Gesetz soll der AIA die Entwicklung und den Einsatz menschenzentrierter und vertrauensw\u00fcrdiger KI in verschiedenen Sektoren, darunter Medizinprodukte und In-vitro-Diagnostika (IVDs), f\u00f6rdern. Das Gesetz wurde am 12. Juli 2024 im Amtsblatt ver\u00f6ffentlicht und tritt am 2. August 2024 in Kraft. Die Anforderungen, die sich speziell an Hochrisikoger\u00e4te richten, treten jedoch erst ab dem 2. August 2026 in Kraft.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kernbestimmungen des Gesetzes zur k\u00fcnstlichen Intelligenz<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Menschzentrierte und vertrauensw\u00fcrdige KI<\/strong>: Das AIA zielt darauf ab, sicherzustellen, dass KI-Systeme, insbesondere solche, die in medizinischen und diagnostischen Kontexten eingesetzt werden, auf eine Weise entwickelt und eingesetzt werden, bei der das menschliche Wohlbefinden und Vertrauen im Vordergrund stehen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Harmonisierte Marktregeln<\/strong>: Das Gesetz f\u00fchrt standardisierte Regeln f\u00fcr die Markteinf\u00fchrung KI-gest\u00fctzter Produkte ein und schafft so einen einheitlichen Rechtsrahmen in der gesamten Europ\u00e4ischen Union.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Erstes umfassendes KI-Gesetz<\/strong>: Das AIA gilt als weltweit erstes umfassendes KI-Gesetz und stellt einen bahnbrechenden Ansatz zur Regulierung der KI-Technologie in gro\u00dfem Ma\u00dfstab dar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unternehmen der Medizinprodukte- und IVD-Branche sollten sich auf die Einhaltung des AIA vorbereiten.
