August 2024 k\u00fcndigte das s\u00fcdkoreanische Ministerium f\u00fcr Lebensmittel- und Arzneimittelsicherheit (MFDS) eine vorgeschlagene \u00dcberarbeitung der \u201eVerordnung \u00fcber Sicherheitsstandards f\u00fcr Kosmetika\u201c an (Notifizierung Nr. 2024-9 vom 7. Februar 2024). Diese \u00dcberarbeitung ist Teil der laufenden Bem\u00fchungen, die Sicherheit von Kosmetikprodukten zu verbessern. Dazu werden die Verwendungsstandards f\u00fcr bestimmte Inhaltsstoffe auf Grundlage der Ergebnisse der Risikobewertung gem\u00e4\u00df Artikel 8 des Kosmetikgesetzes versch\u00e4rft. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird mit der \u00dcberarbeitung ein neuer UV-Filter eingef\u00fchrt, der nach seiner Bewertung gem\u00e4\u00df der \u201eVerordnung \u00fcber die Festlegung und \u00c4nderung von Standards f\u00fcr kosmetische Inhaltsstoffe\u201c bewertet wurde.<\/p>\n<p>Die vorgeschlagenen \u00c4nderungen umfassen mehrere wichtige Aktualisierungen, die voraussichtlich Auswirkungen auf die Kosmetikindustrie haben werden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ausschluss der Lawson- und Dihydroxyaceton-Mischung<\/strong>: In der \u00dcberarbeitung wird vorgeschlagen, diese Mischung aus der Liste der zugelassenen UV-Filterkomponenten zu streichen und dabei aktualisierte Sicherheitsbewertungen zu ber\u00fccksichtigen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anpassungen der Konzentrationsgrenzwerte<\/strong>: Die \u00dcberarbeitung versch\u00e4rft die Konzentrationsgrenzen und Verwendungsstandards f\u00fcr sechs Inhaltsstoffe, darunter Benzophenon-3, um die \u00f6ffentliche Gesundheit weiter zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Einf\u00fchrung eines neuen UV-Filters<\/strong>: \u201eTris-Biphenyl Triazine\u201c wurde erfolgreich bewertet und nun der Liste der UV-Filterbestandteile hinzugef\u00fcgt, deren Verwendung in Kosmetika eingeschr\u00e4nkt ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/regask.com\/de\/kontakt\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"button primary is-link is-medium\" rel=\"noopener\" >\n\t\t<span>Mehr lesen<\/span>\n\t<\/a>\n\n<p>\u00a9Dieser RegAlert wird herausgegeben von RegASK<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On August 2, 2024, the South Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) announced a proposed revision to the &#8220;Regulations on Cosmetic Safety Standards&#8221; (Notification No. 2024-9, dated February 7, 2024).
