Januar 2025<\/strong>, Die <strong>Algerische Presseagentur<\/strong> gab bekannt, dass die <strong>Rat der Nation<\/strong> hat ein neues Gesetz verabschiedet, das \u00e4ndert und erg\u00e4nzt <strong>Gesetz 01-19<\/strong> zur Abfallbewirtschaftung, -kontrolle und -beseitigung. Diese Gesetzes\u00e4nderung stellt einen wichtigen Schritt zur Entwicklung eines <strong>gr\u00fcne Wirtschaft<\/strong> und die Einrichtung einer <strong>Kreislaufwirtschaft<\/strong> in Algerien. Der neue Rahmen st\u00e4rkt <strong>rechtliche, regulatorische und institutionelle Ma\u00dfnahmen<\/strong> um die Abfallbewirtschaftung im ganzen Land zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>Das Gesetz f\u00fchrt ein <strong>Umfassende Ma\u00dfnahmen zur integrierten Abfallwirtschaft<\/strong>, einschlie\u00dflich der Umsetzung einer <strong>digitales Abfallmanagementsystem<\/strong> zur Steigerung der Effizienz. Es entspricht auch den internationalen Grunds\u00e4tzen der <strong>Kreislaufwirtschaft<\/strong>, wie von der <strong>Vereinte Nationen<\/strong>, durch die Einbeziehung <strong>Erweiterte Herstellerverantwortung (EPR)<\/strong>, die von Erzeugern und Abfallbesitzern die Verpflichtung zur ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfen Verwertung von Abf\u00e4llen verlangt.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Schwerpunkt der Gesetzgebung ist die F\u00f6rderung von <strong>\u00d6kodesign<\/strong>, das Unternehmen dazu ermutigt, Produkte zu entwickeln, die die Umweltbelastung \u00fcber ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg minimieren und gleichzeitig ihre Funktionalit\u00e4t bewahren. Das Gesetz sieht au\u00dferdem eine <strong>hierarchische Klassifizierung von Abfallbehandlungsmethoden<\/strong> und initiiert die <strong>schrittweise Abschaffung von Einweg-Kunststoffprodukten<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Um eine nachhaltige Abfallwirtschaft zu f\u00f6rdern, werden Hersteller und H\u00e4ndler dazu angehalten, <strong>Anreizprogramme f\u00fcr Verbraucher<\/strong> f\u00fcr die getrennte Abfallsammlung.
