Januar 2025<\/strong>, Die <strong>Arzneimittelbeh\u00f6rde Vietnam (DAV)<\/strong>, unter der Aufsicht des Gesundheitsministeriums, herausgegeben <strong>Offizielle Meldung Nr. 119\/QLD-MP<\/strong>, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf der Regulierung der Produktion und des Handels mit Kosmetika auf beliebten Social-Media-Plattformen wie <strong>TikTok, Zalo, Facebook, YouTube<\/strong>, Und <strong>E-Commerce-Websites<\/strong>Ziel dieser Ma\u00dfnahme ist es, die Qualit\u00e4t und Sicherheit online verkaufter Kosmetika zu gew\u00e4hrleisten und gleichzeitig das Problem gef\u00e4lschter und nicht autorisierter Produkte anzugehen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Hauptziele dieser Richtlinie sind die Erkennung und Bek\u00e4mpfung der Herstellung und des Verkaufs von <strong>gef\u00e4lschte Kosmetik<\/strong> und Produkte von <strong>unklare Herkunft<\/strong>, Gew\u00e4hrleistung des Schutzes von <strong>Verbraucherrechte<\/strong> Und <strong>\u00f6ffentliche Gesundheit<\/strong>. Bei den j\u00fcngsten Inspektionen wurden erhebliche Probleme aufgedeckt. So waren Unternehmen beispielsweise nicht \u00fcber die in Registrierungsbescheinigungen oder auf Websites angegebenen Kontaktdaten erreichbar. Dar\u00fcber hinaus hatten viele dieser Unternehmen veraltete oder falsche Adressen und meldeten \u00c4nderungen ihres Standorts oder ihrer Rechtsvertretung nicht, was die beh\u00f6rdlichen Inspektionen erschwerte.<\/p>\n<p>Als Reaktion darauf hat der DAV die Gesundheits\u00e4mter der Provinzen angewiesen, mit den <strong>389 Lenkungsausschuss<\/strong> Und <strong>Markt\u00fcberwachungsagentur<\/strong> Zu <strong>\u00dcberwachen Sie den Verkauf von Kosmetika \u00fcber soziale Medien und E-Commerce-Plattformen<\/strong>Die Regierung wird strenge Strafen gegen Unternehmen verh\u00e4ngen, die <strong>irref\u00fchrende Werbung<\/strong>, der Verkauf von <strong>f\u00e4lschen<\/strong> oder <strong>minderwertige Produkte<\/strong>und solche, die die entsprechenden Vorschriften nicht einhalten. Nicht konforme Produkte werden <strong>entfernt und vernichtet<\/strong> um die \u00f6ffentliche Gesundheit zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p>Kosmetikunternehmen m\u00fcssen sich an folgende Vorschriften halten: <strong>Rundschreiben Nr. 06\/2011\/TT-BYT<\/strong>, die die Vorlage genauer Produktdeklarationen und die Pflege aktueller <strong>Produktinformationsdateien (PIF)<\/strong>. Bevor Produkte auf den Markt gebracht werden d\u00fcrfen, m\u00fcssen sie zugelassen und registriert werden. Au\u00dferdem m\u00fcssen die Unternehmen bereit sein, ihre PIF bei Inspektionen auf Anfrage vorzulegen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Richtlinie des DAV unterstreicht sein Engagement f\u00fcr eine robuste <strong>\u00dcberwachung nach dem Inverkehrbringen<\/strong> um die Sicherheit, Qualit\u00e4t und Wirksamkeit aller Kosmetikprodukte in Vietnam zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Diese regulatorische Aktualisierung versch\u00e4rft die Aufsicht \u00fcber digital gehandelte Kosmetika erheblich und erh\u00f6ht den Druck auf Unternehmen, sicherzustellen, dass ihre <strong>Produktdeklarationen<\/strong> sind richtig und ihre <strong>Unternehmensdetails<\/strong> sind aktuell.<\/p>\n<p>Die Richtlinie trat unmittelbar nach ihrer Ver\u00f6ffentlichung am <strong>13. Januar 2025<\/strong>und Unternehmen m\u00fcssen umgehend handeln, um die genannten Vorschriften einzuhalten. Unternehmen im Kosmetiksektor sollten sicherstellen, dass ihre Produkte die Anforderungen erf\u00fcllen von <strong>Rundschreiben Nr. 06\/2011\/TT-BYT<\/strong>, \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen Sie ihre Kontaktdaten und stellen Sie sicher, dass ihre Gesch\u00e4ftsadressen korrekt sind, um Strafen oder Produktentfernungen zu vermeiden.
