Januar 2025, die <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/regask.com\/de\/fda-kennzeichnung-gesunder-lebensmittel\/\">US-amerikanische Food and Drug Administration<\/a> (FDA)<\/strong> hat das Inkrafttreten der endg\u00fcltigen Regelung mit dem Titel verschoben <em>\u201eLebensmittelkennzeichnung: Angaben zum N\u00e4hrwertgehalt; Definition des Begriffs \u201agesund\u2018\u201c<\/em> bis <strong>28. April 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Die FDA ver\u00f6ffentlichte diese endg\u00fcltige Regelung urspr\u00fcnglich im <strong>Bundesregister<\/strong> An <strong>27. Dezember 2024<\/strong>mit einem geplanten Inkrafttreten am <strong>25. Februar 2025<\/strong>. Nach der Pr\u00e4sidentenrichtlinie (90 FR 8249, 28. Januar 2025), die die Bundesbeh\u00f6rden aufforderte, <strong>die Umsetzung ausstehender Regelungen um 60 Tage zu verschieben<\/strong>verl\u00e4ngerte die FDA das Datum des Inkrafttretens auf <strong>28. April 2025<\/strong>Diese Erweiterung erm\u00f6glicht eine zus\u00e4tzliche \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung hinsichtlich <strong>sachliche, rechtliche und politische Erw\u00e4gungen<\/strong> rund um die Regel.<\/p>\n<p>Die Regel aktualisiert die <strong>Kriterien f\u00fcr die Verwendung des Begriffs \u201egesund\u201c<\/strong> als implizite Angabe zum N\u00e4hrstoffgehalt auf der Lebensmittelkennzeichnung. Ziel ist es, den Verbrauchern zu helfen, Lebensmittel zu identifizieren, die den aktuellen <strong>Ern\u00e4hrungsrichtlinien<\/strong>Zu den wichtigsten \u00c4nderungen geh\u00f6ren:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>\u00dcberarbeitete Standards<\/strong> wann \u201egesund\u201c und verwandte Begriffe (z. B. \u201egesund\u201c, \u201eges\u00fcnder\u201c, \u201eges\u00fcnder\u201c) in der Lebensmittelkennzeichnung verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ein neuer Rahmen<\/strong> bezogen auf <strong>Lebensmittelgruppen und N\u00e4hrstoffgrenzen (NTL)<\/strong> um die Berechtigung f\u00fcr den Anspruch \u201egesund\u201c zu bestimmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Definition von Lebensmittelgruppen<\/strong> in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit der <strong>Ern\u00e4hrungsrichtlinien f\u00fcr Amerikaner, 2020\u20132025<\/strong>, einschlie\u00dflich <strong>Gem\u00fcse, Obst, Milchprodukte, Getreide, proteinhaltige Lebensmittel und \u00d6le<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lebensmittelgruppen\u00e4quivalente (FGEs)<\/strong> zur Einrichtung der <strong>Mindestbetr\u00e4ge<\/strong> von Lebensmitteln aus jeder Gruppe basierend auf dem N\u00e4hrstoffgehalt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>N\u00e4hrstoffbeschr\u00e4nkungen<\/strong> f\u00fcr hinzugef\u00fcgt <strong>Zucker, ges\u00e4ttigte Fetts\u00e4uren und Natrium<\/strong>, basierend auf einer <strong>Prozentsatz des Tagesbedarfs (DV)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automatische Qualifikation<\/strong> f\u00fcr bestimmte Vollwertnahrungsmittel (z. B. Obst, Gem\u00fcse, Vollkorn, fettarme Milchprodukte, magere Proteine) ohne Zusatz von Zutaten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automatische Qualifikation<\/strong> f\u00fcr <strong>Wasser, Tee und Kaffee<\/strong> mit weniger als 5 Kalorien pro Portion.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anforderungen an die Aufzeichnungsf\u00fchrung<\/strong> f\u00fcr Lebensmittel mit der Angabe \u201egesund\u201c, wenn der FGE nicht aus dem Produktetikett hervorgeht.
