Es f\u00fchrt au\u00dferdem neue Kriterien zur Feststellung von Lebensmittel- und Arzneimittelverf\u00e4lschungen ein und verbietet bestimmte gef\u00e4hrliche Zusatzstoffe in Schulern\u00e4hrungsprogrammen gem\u00e4\u00df Kapitel 18, Artikel 5D des West Virginia Feed to Achieve Act.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Wichtige Bestimmungen<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Legt strengere Richtlinien zur Erkennung von Verf\u00e4lschungen in Lebensmitteln und Medikamenten fest, darunter Abweichungen von anerkannten Konzentrations-, Qualit\u00e4ts- oder Reinheitsstandards, die Verwendung minderwertiger Ersatzstoffe und die Verwendung giftiger oder sch\u00e4dlicher Inhaltsstoffe.<\/li>\n<li>Ab dem 1. August 2025 ist es in Schulern\u00e4hrungsprogrammen verboten, bestimmte synthetische Farbstoffe und Konservierungsmittel zu verwenden, darunter:\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Roter Farbstoff Nr. 3 und 40<\/li>\n<li>Gelber Farbstoff Nr. 5 und 6<\/li>\n<li>Blauer Farbstoff 1 und 2<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00fcner Farbstoff 3<\/li>\n<li>Butylhydroxyanisol (BHA)<\/li>\n<li>Propylparaben<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Von diesen Beschr\u00e4nkungen ausgenommen sind Spendenaktionen, wenn sie bestimmte Kriterien erf\u00fcllen, beispielsweise wenn sie au\u00dferhalb des Schulgel\u00e4ndes oder au\u00dferhalb der Schulzeiten stattfinden.<\/li>\n<li>Verpflichtet zur Schaffung expliziter Kennzeichnungsvorschriften f\u00fcr Mischungen und Verbindungen, um die Transparenz der Inhaltsstoffe zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/li>\n<li>Die Durchsetzung dieser Standards gem\u00e4\u00df House Bill 2354 soll am 1.
