El cliente encarg\u00f3 a RegASK que determinara c\u00f3mo convertirse en el primer yogur con una declaraci\u00f3n de propiedades saludables en el envase sobre una mejor digesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Las declaraciones de alimentos funcionales basadas en probi\u00f3ticos a\u00fan no estaban reguladas en el mercado y no hab\u00eda esfuerzos activos para adaptar las regulaciones, lo que hac\u00eda que la declaraci\u00f3n de propiedades saludables deseada por el cliente quedara fuera del alcance de las opciones est\u00e1ndar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">El <strong>Acercarse<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tras identificar la necesidad de desarrollar una nueva normativa sobre declaraciones de probi\u00f3ticos, RegASK:<\/p>\n<p>1. Se asoci\u00f3 con expertos cient\u00edficos y regulatorios a nivel local para educar a los funcionarios de la agencia sobre los beneficios cient\u00edficos demostrados en la investigaci\u00f3n del cliente.<br \/>\n2. Normativa de referencia sobre probi\u00f3ticos a nivel mundial<br \/>\n3. Se elaboraron directrices recomendadas<br \/>\n4. Elaboraci\u00f3n y presentaci\u00f3n de expediente cient\u00edfico y expediente reglamentario.<br \/>\n5. Colabor\u00f3 con los funcionarios reguladores para garantizar la implementaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">El <strong>Resultado<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El cliente era el primer producto de yogur con una declaraci\u00f3n de propiedades saludables en el envase que indicaba que su ingesti\u00f3n &quot;ayudar\u00eda a mejorar el sistema de tr\u00e1nsito&quot; en un plazo determinado.
