La Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Productos M\u00e9dicos de China (NMPA) anunci\u00f3 las Regulaciones sobre la Gesti\u00f3n de Materiales de Registro y Presentaci\u00f3n de Nuevos Ingredientes Cosm\u00e9ticos y la Administraci\u00f3n del Registro y Presentaci\u00f3n de Cosm\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n

A ra\u00edz de dos importantes proyectos de regulaci\u00f3n de los cosm\u00e9ticos chinos publicados el pasado mes de noviembre, la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Productos M\u00e9dicos de China (NMPA) anunci\u00f3 que las \u201cRegulaciones sobre la gesti\u00f3n de materiales de registro y presentaci\u00f3n de nuevos ingredientes cosm\u00e9ticos\u201d y la \u201cAdministraci\u00f3n del registro y presentaci\u00f3n de cosm\u00e9ticos\u201d entrar\u00e1n en vigor a partir del 1 de mayo de 2021.<\/p>\n

Ambas regulaciones reducen la carga de informes regulatorios de los fabricantes, por ejemplo, proporcionando plantillas para algunos documentos comunes y simplificando el proceso de aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Entre ellos, el cambio m\u00e1s importante es la gesti\u00f3n de las nuevas materias primas cosm\u00e9ticas. A partir de mayo de 2021, solo es necesario registrar las nuevas materias primas cosm\u00e9ticas de alto riesgo con funciones anticorrosivas, de protecci\u00f3n solar, colorantes, tintes para el cabello, eliminaci\u00f3n de pecas y blanqueadores. Para otras reivindicaciones solo es necesario completar el proceso de presentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
