A partir del 1 de abril de 2021 entrar\u00e1 en vigor la segunda fase de la modificaci\u00f3n a la Norma Oficial Mexicana (NOM-051). Para brindar certeza jur\u00eddica y operativa, las autoridades han establecido un periodo, del 1 de abril al 31 de mayo de 2021, en el que podr\u00e1n coexistir en los anaqueles los productos que cumplan con lo establecido en la fase uno y productos id\u00e9nticos que cumplan con la fase dos.<\/p>\n

La NOM-051 es reconocida como una de las normas m\u00e1s estrictas a nivel mundial en materia de etiquetado de alimentos y bebidas no alcoh\u00f3licas preenvasadas. De acuerdo a esta norma, las etiquetas de alimentos y bebidas no alcoh\u00f3licas preenvasadas deben contener nueva informaci\u00f3n comercial y sanitaria.<\/p>\n
