Estas \u00f3rdenes son muy importantes para los fabricantes extranjeros que desean exportar productos alimenticios a China. Estas dos regulaciones se implementar\u00e1n el 1 de enero de 2022.<\/p>\n<p>La Orden N\u00ba 248 estipula que todas las empresas productoras extranjeras que importen alimentos deben estar registradas, y que algunos tipos especiales de fabricantes de alimentos deben ser recomendados por sus autoridades nacionales (regionales) a la GACC para su registro.
