FSANZ<\/a> Publicada la Enmienda 198 del Bolet\u00edn Oficial de Normas Alimentarias. El documento destaca las siguientes autorizaciones:<\/p>\n

\u2013 La adici\u00f3n voluntaria de 2'FL (2'\u2011O\u2011fucosilactosa) sola o en combinaci\u00f3n con LNnT (Lacto-N-neotetraosa).
\nLos oligosac\u00e1ridos 2'FL y LNnT se producen mediante fermentaci\u00f3n microbiana con bacterias modificadas gen\u00e9ticamente. En Australia y Nueva Zelanda, se permite su incorporaci\u00f3n a las f\u00f3rmulas infantiles, pero no a los alimentos complementarios formulados para ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

Los oligosac\u00e1ridos no suponen ning\u00fan riesgo para la salud ni la seguridad de los beb\u00e9s, se encuentran de forma natural en la leche materna y permiten que la composici\u00f3n de las f\u00f3rmulas infantiles se aproxime m\u00e1s a la de la leche materna.<\/p>\n

\u2013 La autorizaci\u00f3n de la Leghemoglobina de Soja en productos an\u00e1logos de carne.
\nFSANZ consider\u00f3 la leghemoglobina de soja y no plante\u00f3 preocupaciones de salud p\u00fablica y seguridad asociadas con su uso en productos an\u00e1logos de carne al nivel m\u00e1ximo propuesto de 0,8% de leghemoglobina de soja en el producto crudo.<\/p>\n
