De conformidad con el art\u00edculo 32, apartado 1, del Reglamento (CE) n.\u00ba 1333\/2008, los aditivos alimentarios cuyo uso estaba permitido en la Uni\u00f3n Europea antes del 20 de enero de 2009 deben ser reevaluados por la Autoridad Europea de Seguridad Alimentaria (AESA). El programa para esta reevaluaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 establecido por el Reglamento (UE) n.\u00ba 257\/2010 de la Comisi\u00f3n.
