{"id":2943,"date":"2021-08-25T15:06:04","date_gmt":"2021-08-25T07:06:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regask.com\/?p=2943"},"modified":"2024-11-19T10:12:26","modified_gmt":"2024-11-19T02:12:26","slug":"actualizaciones-de-glucosidos-de-esteviol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regask.com\/es\/eu-steviol-glycosides-updates\/","title":{"rendered":"Actualizaciones de la regulaci\u00f3n de los glic\u00f3sidos de esteviol en Europa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/index_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Comisi\u00f3n Europea<\/a> El Reglamento (UE) 2021\/1156 de la Comisi\u00f3n, de 13 de julio de 2021, por el que se modifica el anexo II del Reglamento (CE) n.\u00ba 1333\/2008 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo y el anexo del Reglamento (UE) n.\u00ba 231\/2012 de la Comisi\u00f3n en lo que respecta a los gluc\u00f3sidos de esteviol (E 960) y al rebaudi\u00f3sido M producidos mediante la modificaci\u00f3n enzim\u00e1tica de los gluc\u00f3sidos de esteviol de Stevia, tambi\u00e9n se public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial de la UE.<\/p>\n<p>Este Reglamento permite el uso del rebaudi\u00f3sido M, producido mediante el proceso enzim\u00e1tico (E960c), como edulcorante en las categor\u00edas de alimentos donde los gluc\u00f3sidos de esteviol tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n autorizados en el Anexo II del Reglamento sobre Aditivos Alimentarios n.\u00ba 133\/2003. El Reglamento tambi\u00e9n modifica \u00abgluc\u00f3sidos de esteviol\u00bb (E 960) por \u00abgluc\u00f3sidos de esteviol de Stevia\u00bb (E 960a) e incluye un nuevo grupo de gluc\u00f3sidos de esteviol, que incluye ambas sustancias.<\/p>\n<p>Los cambios en el Reglamento se <strong>entrar\u00e1 en vigor el 3 de agosto de 2021<\/strong>. Para alimentos que contienen glic\u00f3sidos de esteviol (E 960) y que est\u00e1n etiquetados y comercializados <strong>hasta el 3 de febrero de 2023<\/strong> Se permitir\u00e1 su comercializaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan el Reglamento actual hasta que se agoten las existencias de alimentos. <a href=\"https:\/\/regask.com\/es\/contacto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ponte en
