{"id":2944,"date":"2021-08-24T15:47:49","date_gmt":"2021-08-24T07:47:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regask.com\/?p=2944"},"modified":"2024-11-16T05:18:23","modified_gmt":"2024-11-15T21:18:23","slug":"revision-de-nanomateriales-cosmeticos-de-la-ue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regask.com\/es\/eu-cosmetics-nanomaterials-review\/","title":{"rendered":"La UE publica una revisi\u00f3n del Reglamento sobre cosm\u00e9ticos en relaci\u00f3n con\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/index_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Comisi\u00f3n Europea<\/a> (CE) public\u00f3 y comparti\u00f3 con el Parlamento Europeo un informe sobre el uso de nanomateriales en cosm\u00e9ticos y una revisi\u00f3n del marco regulatorio de los cosm\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n<p>Las principales conclusiones del informe son las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cada d\u00eda se comercializan en la UE aproximadamente 10 nuevos productos cosm\u00e9ticos de este tipo, lo que representa solo una peque\u00f1a fracci\u00f3n (entre 1,2% y 1,5%) del n\u00famero total de productos nuevos.<\/li>\n<li>Las categor\u00edas de productos m\u00e1s comunes asociadas a un cosm\u00e9tico que contiene nanomateriales son: protecci\u00f3n solar, esmalte de u\u00f1as\/maquillaje de u\u00f1as, cuidado oxidativo del cabello, bases de maquillaje y productos para el cuidado de los labios y l\u00e1piz labial.<\/li>\n<li>La mayor\u00eda de los ciudadanos de la UE consideran importante estar informados sobre la presencia de nanomateriales en los productos finales que compran y se podr\u00eda considerar el etiquetado digital para complementar y mejorar a\u00fan m\u00e1s el etiquetado de nanomateriales en los productos cosm\u00e9ticos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El informe tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 que armonizar la definici\u00f3n de nanomateriales del Reglamento sobre Cosm\u00e9ticos con una definici\u00f3n horizontal podr\u00eda aumentar la coherencia entre las legislaciones, pero deber\u00eda evaluarse exhaustivamente para evaluar sus posibles efectos.
