{"id":3125,"date":"2022-01-25T09:15:26","date_gmt":"2022-01-25T01:15:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regask.com\/?p=3125"},"modified":"2024-10-26T03:15:24","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T19:15:24","slug":"registro-de-cosmeticos-en-china","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regask.com\/es\/china-cosmetics-registration\/","title":{"rendered":"China implementa el certificado de registro nacional para\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado 27 de diciembre de 2021, el<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nmpa.gov.cn\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Productos M\u00e9dicos<\/a> (NMPA) anunci\u00f3 que a partir de <strong>1 de enero de 2022<\/strong>Se introducir\u00e1 a modo de prueba el certificado de registro electr\u00f3nico para cosm\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n<p>La NMPA destaca los siguientes puntos importantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A partir del 1 de enero de 2022 se expedir\u00e1n certificados de registro electr\u00f3nico para cosm\u00e9ticos especiales y nuevas materias primas cosm\u00e9ticas cuyo registro haya sido aprobado de conformidad con las \u201cMedidas Administrativas para el Registro de Cosm\u00e9ticos\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>A partir del 1 de mayo de 2022, los certificados de registro de cosm\u00e9ticos especiales para renovaciones o modificaciones aprobadas se emitir\u00e1n en formato electr\u00f3nico.<\/li>\n<li>Los certificados de registro electr\u00f3nicos y los certificados de registro en papel (no electr\u00f3nicos) tienen el mismo car\u00e1cter jur\u00eddico. Sin embargo, el certificado electr\u00f3nico incorpora la posibilidad de entrega instant\u00e1nea, as\u00ed como recordatorios por SMS, autorizaci\u00f3n del certificado, verificaci\u00f3n del c\u00f3digo de escaneo, verificaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea y uso compartido en toda la red. El solicitante de registro deber\u00e1 utilizar y conservar correctamente el certificado de registro electr\u00f3nico. Las preguntas m\u00e1s frecuentes sobre los certificados electr\u00f3nicos se pueden encontrar en la columna \u201cPreguntas m\u00e1s frecuentes sobre certificados electr\u00f3nicos\u201d en la sala de servicios en l\u00ednea.<\/li>\n<li>Durante el per\u00edodo de prueba, se emitir\u00e1n simult\u00e1neamente el certificado de registro electr\u00f3nico y el certificado de registro en papel. Cuando se emita un certificado de registro en papel para cosm\u00e9ticos especiales y nuevos materiales cosm\u00e9ticos, el certificado de registro electr\u00f3nico se enviar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente a la oficina en l\u00ednea del representante legal del solicitante de registro (persona responsable nacional). El solicitante de registro (persona responsable nacional) primero debe registrarse y autenticarse en la sala de servicios en l\u00ednea de la Administraci\u00f3n Estatal de Alimentos y Medicamentos, ingresar a la columna &quot;Mi licencia&quot; en la sala de servicios en l\u00ednea y ver y descargar el certificado de registro electr\u00f3nico de cosm\u00e9ticos.
