{"id":3231,"date":"2022-03-21T09:48:10","date_gmt":"2022-03-21T01:48:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regask.com\/?p=3231"},"modified":"2024-10-23T10:14:13","modified_gmt":"2024-10-23T02:14:13","slug":"prohibicion-de-los-cosmeticos-con-nanomateriales-en-la-ue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regask.com\/es\/eu-nanomaterials-cosmetics-ban\/","title":{"rendered":"La CE notifica a la OMC la prohibici\u00f3n de 12 nanomateriales en\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>El 11 de febrero de 2022, <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/index_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La Comisi\u00f3n Europea<\/a> ha notificado a la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial del Comercio (OMC) un proyecto de modificaci\u00f3n del Reglamento (CE) n\u00ba 1223\/2009 sobre los productos cosm\u00e9ticos.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El proyecto de modificaci\u00f3n revisar\u00eda el Anexo II del Reglamento sobre productos cosm\u00e9ticos \u00abLista de sustancias prohibidas en los productos cosm\u00e9ticos\u00bb para aplicar de manera uniforme en el mercado interior la prohibici\u00f3n de 12 nanomateriales para los que se ha identificado un motivo de preocupaci\u00f3n. Estos 12 ingredientes en forma nanom\u00e9trica son:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Copol\u00edmero de estireno\/acrilatos<\/li>\n<li>Copol\u00edmero de estireno y acrilato de sodio<\/li>\n<li>Cobre<\/li>\n<li>Cobre coloidal<\/li>\n<li>Hidroxiapatita<\/li>\n<li>Oro<\/li>\n<li>Oro coloidal<\/li>\n<li>\u00c1cido tioetilaminohialur\u00f3nico dorado<\/li>\n<li>Acetil heptap\u00e9ptido-9 Oro coloidal<\/li>\n<li>Platino<\/li>\n<li>Platino coloidal<\/li>\n<li>Acetil tetrap\u00e9ptido-17 Platino coloidal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El plazo l\u00edmite para presentar observaciones es de 60 d\u00edas a partir de la notificaci\u00f3n. La fecha propuesta de adopci\u00f3n est\u00e1 fijada para el tercer trimestre de 2022.
