La SgFS sirve como un recurso integral y \u00fanico para obtener estad\u00edsticas clave del sector agroalimentario en Singapur.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Aspectos destacados de 2019 a 2021 para los fabricantes de alimentos y bebidas:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Cap\u00edtulo 3: Adopci\u00f3n de un enfoque basado en el riesgo: seguridad alimentaria en Singapur<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>En 2021 se emitieron un total de 16.630 licencias de importaci\u00f3n y aproximadamente 1,067 millones de permisos de importaci\u00f3n, lo que supone un aumento de 1,91 TP18T y 81 TP18T respectivamente respecto a 2020.<\/li>\n<li>102 advertencias emitidas en 2021, 59 multas acumuladas y 7 casos judiciales impuestos<\/li>\n<li>Desde julio de 2019, la SFA adopt\u00f3 un enfoque basado en el riesgo para la inspecci\u00f3n de las importaciones de alimentos. Los env\u00edos se someten a pruebas para detectar pat\u00f3genos, sustancias qu\u00edmicas, contaminantes y residuos de medicamentos. En promedio, en el caso de los alimentos procesados, el n\u00famero de muestras recogidas var\u00eda entre 700 y m\u00e1s de 800 por trimestre. Las inspecciones fueron m\u00e1s elevadas en el caso de la carne y los productos c\u00e1rnicos, as\u00ed como de las frutas y verduras frescas.<\/li>\n<li>El incumplimiento de las normas de inspecci\u00f3n de la SFA por parte de los establecimientos minoristas de venta de alimentos se mantuvo bajo entre 2019 y 2021, con un promedio de 3%.
