El texto propone lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Para advertir sobre el exceso de az\u00facares, sodio, grasas saturadas, grasas totales y calor\u00edas.<\/li>\n<li>Sellos de advertencia octogonales negros con borde blanco y letras blancas.<\/li>\n<li>Frase de advertencia \u201cEXCESO EN\u2026\u201d para los nutrientes mencionados anteriormente.<\/li>\n<li>Frase de advertencia \u201cCONTIENE EDULCORANTES, NO RECOMENDADO PARA NI\u00d1OS\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Frase de advertencia: \u201cCONTIENE CAFE\u00cdNA. EVITAR SU USO EN NI\u00d1OS\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Si bien se mencionan los perfiles nutricionales, estos no se especifican en el reglamento. Por lo tanto, durante la discusi\u00f3n del proyecto se podr\u00eda considerar incluir los de la OPS o dejar en manos del Ministerio de Salud la elaboraci\u00f3n de los perfiles nutricionales nacionales.<\/li>\n<li>Restricciones en el uso de reclamaciones sobre productos que muestren cualquiera de las frases de advertencia en el panel frontal.<\/li>\n<li>Restricciones de marketing en materia de etiquetado (uso de personajes, im\u00e1genes, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Restricciones a la publicidad.<\/li>\n<li>Hasta el momento, los productos exentos son el az\u00facar com\u00fan, los aceites vegetales, los frutos secos y la sal com\u00fan de mesa. No se mencionan los suplementos alimenticios ni los alimentos para dietas especiales.
