La UE public\u00f3 modificaciones sobre la autorizaci\u00f3n para comercializar productos que contengan, se compongan o hayan sido producidos a partir de soja modificada gen\u00e9ticamente A5547-127 (ACS-GM\u00d8\u00d86-4), de conformidad con la DECISI\u00d3N DE EJECUCI\u00d3N (UE) 2023\/415 DE LA COMISI\u00d3N. Esta modificaci\u00f3n se public\u00f3 el 22 de febrero de 2023.<\/div>\n

Se renueva la autorizaci\u00f3n de comercializaci\u00f3n de los siguientes productos de conformidad con las condiciones establecidas en la presente Decisi\u00f3n:<\/div>\n

  1. alimentos e ingredientes alimentarios que contengan, consistan en o se hayan producido a partir de soja gen\u00e9ticamente modificada ACS-GM\u00d8\u00d86-4;<\/li>\n
  2. pienso que contiene, consiste en o est\u00e1 producido a partir de soja gen\u00e9ticamente modificada ACS-GM\u00d8\u00d86-4;<\/li>\n
  3. productos que contengan o consistan en soja gen\u00e9ticamente modificada ACS-GM\u00d8\u00d86-4, para usos distintos de los previstos en los puntos (1) y (2), excepto para el cultivo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
