{"id":4325,"date":"2023-07-14T16:02:09","date_gmt":"2023-07-14T08:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regask.com\/?p=4325"},"modified":"2024-10-26T02:57:02","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T18:57:02","slug":"francia-prohibe-los-envases-de-plastico-para-productos-agricolas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regask.com\/es\/france-bans-plastic-produce-packaging\/","title":{"rendered":"Francia publica un decreto que proh\u00edbe la venta de frutas fres\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div>El Decreto franc\u00e9s n\u00b0 2023-478 del 20 de junio de 2023 relativo a la obligaci\u00f3n de presentar a la venta frutas y verduras frescas no transformadas sin embalajes realizados total o parcialmente con pl\u00e1stico se public\u00f3 el 21 de junio y entr\u00f3 en vigor el 1 de julio de 2023.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Se aplica a las frutas y hortalizas frescas que se venden en establecimientos minoristas especializados en la venta de frutas y hortalizas en tiendas, puestos y mercados.
