El USDA actualiza el programa de muestreo de productos de carne y aves de corral cultivados con c\u00e9lulas para agregar instrucciones para el muestreo de productos listos para el consumo (RTE).<\/div>\n

Este aviso proporciona instrucciones al personal del programa de inspecci\u00f3n (IPP) sobre c\u00f3mo recolectar productos alimenticios de carne y aves de corral cultivados en c\u00e9lulas y enviar muestras al Laboratorio Este del FSIS (EL) para pruebas microbiol\u00f3gicas, de residuos qu\u00edmicos, de especiaci\u00f3n y patolog\u00eda.<\/div>\n

Este aviso proporciona instrucciones a los Oficiales de Cumplimiento, Investigaciones y An\u00e1lisis (EIAO) sobre c\u00f3mo recolectar muestras de superficies de contacto con alimentos (FCS) y de hisopos ambientales en establecimientos de productos alimenticios de carne y aves de corral cultivados en c\u00e9lulas y enviar las muestras al Laboratorio Occidental (WL) del FSIS para su an\u00e1lisis.<\/div>\n
