Como primera ley integral sobre IA del mundo, la AIA est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para fomentar el desarrollo y la implementaci\u00f3n de una IA &quot;centrada en el ser humano y confiable&quot; en varios sectores, incluidos los dispositivos m\u00e9dicos y los dispositivos de diagn\u00f3stico in vitro (IVD). Publicada en el Diario Oficial el 12 de julio de 2024, la Ley entrar\u00e1 en vigor el 2 de agosto de 2024.
