Esta actualizaci\u00f3n legislativa representa un paso importante hacia el desarrollo de una <strong>econom\u00eda verde<\/strong> y establecer una <strong>econom\u00eda circular<\/strong> En Argelia. El nuevo marco fortalece <strong>medidas legales, regulatorias e institucionales<\/strong> para mejorar las pr\u00e1cticas de gesti\u00f3n de residuos en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>La ley introduce <strong>medidas integrales para la gesti\u00f3n integrada de residuos<\/strong>, incluida la implementaci\u00f3n de una <strong>sistema digital de gesti\u00f3n de residuos<\/strong> para mejorar la eficiencia. Tambi\u00e9n se alinea con los principios internacionales de la <strong>econom\u00eda circular<\/strong>, como lo reconoce la <strong>Naciones Unidas<\/strong>, mediante la incorporaci\u00f3n <strong>Responsabilidad Extendida del Productor (REP)<\/strong>, lo que exige que los productores y poseedores de residuos garanticen una adecuada valorizaci\u00f3n de los mismos.<\/p>\n<p>Un enfoque clave de la legislaci\u00f3n es la promoci\u00f3n de <strong>ecodise\u00f1o<\/strong>, alentando a las empresas a desarrollar productos que minimicen el impacto ambiental a lo largo de su ciclo de vida, manteniendo al mismo tiempo su funcionalidad. La ley tambi\u00e9n establece un <strong>Clasificaci\u00f3n jer\u00e1rquica de los m\u00e9todos de tratamiento de residuos<\/strong> e inicia el <strong>eliminaci\u00f3n progresiva de productos pl\u00e1sticos de un solo uso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Para fomentar la gesti\u00f3n sostenible de los residuos, se insta a los productores y distribuidores a implementar <strong>programas de incentivos para el consumidor<\/strong> para la recogida selectiva de residuos. Adem\u00e1s, la ley introduce <strong>Disposiciones penales revisadas y sanciones m\u00e1s estrictas<\/strong> para hacer cumplir la normativa y disuadir las infracciones relacionadas con las pr\u00e1cticas de gesti\u00f3n de residuos.<\/p>\n<p>Esta actualizaci\u00f3n legal marca un cambio transformador en el enfoque de Argelia hacia <strong>sostenibilidad y regulaci\u00f3n de residuos<\/strong>, reforzando el compromiso del pa\u00eds con la responsabilidad ambiental y el desarrollo sostenible.
