We receive a request from a client for a project related to a specific industry and market(s).

Expert Outreach

We search our database for a suitable expert based on the project requirements. Please ensure your profile is up-to-date to align with the right opportunities. Once a match is found, we send the project details, including the scope, and ask the expert to provide their availability, timeline, and budget for confirmation.

Project Briefing & Report Submission

Once the project is confirmed, we provide the expert with all the necessary information and tools (e.g., templates, instructions, AI tools) to prepare and submit the report.

Report Evaluation & Quality Check:

The submitted report is reviewed and evaluated by project managers. If needed, a Q&A session may follow to clarify any points or make adjustments.

Nisha Karim

Regulatory Affairs Director, RegASK

Nisha holds a bachelor’s in pharmacy and an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management, with over 20 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Healthcare. After leading her own regulatory affairs venture and collaborating with several multinational companies, she joined RegASK in April 2023 as a Life Sciences expert. In July 2024, Nisha became Director of Regulatory Affairs at RegASK, focusing on client needs, team management, and AI-driven regulatory solutions. She encourages experts to join the team, providing growth opportunities and fostering regulatory leadership.

Marion Perret

Regulatory Affairs Project Manager, RegASK

Marion holds a Master’s degree in Food Science and has over 10 years of experience as a regulatory consultant in the food industry. Her expertise encompasses EU food legislation and the regulatory requirements for French-speaking countries. Before joining RegASK, she was part of McCormick’s regulatory team for the EMEA region and later moved into consulting, offering regulatory advice for global brands. She joined RegASK in May 2022 and became a Regulatory Affairs Project Manager in December 2023, focusing on compliance and developing innovative project strategies.

Alice Gravereaux

Regulatory Affairs Consultant, RegASK

Alice holds an Engineering degree in Biotechnology and has over 15 years of regulatory affairs experience in the food industry, specializing in EU, Canadian, and US legislation and Codex Alimentarius standards. Before joining RegASK, she worked as a Regulatory Affairs Manager at European (SNE) and International (ISDI) trade associations, representing the dietetic food industries and later as a Nutritional Marketing Specialist for infant formula at Nestlé. After transitioning into consulting in the US, Alice joined RegASK in January 2021 as an expert and became Regulatory Affairs Project Manager in September 2021, focusing on food supplements, infant formula, and novel ingredients.
