Le client a confi\u00e9 \u00e0 RegASK la mission de devenir le premier yaourt \u00e0 afficher une all\u00e9gation sant\u00e9 sur l&#039;emballage concernant une meilleure digestion.<\/p>\n<p>Les all\u00e9gations alimentaires fonctionnelles bas\u00e9es sur les probiotiques n&#039;\u00e9taient pas encore r\u00e9glement\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 et aucun effort actif n&#039;a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait pour adapter la r\u00e9glementation, ce qui rendait l&#039;all\u00e9gation sant\u00e9 souhait\u00e9e par le client hors du champ d&#039;application des options standard.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">Le <strong>Approche<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir identifi\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper une nouvelle r\u00e9glementation sur les all\u00e9gations relatives aux probiotiques, RegASK :<\/p>\n<p>1. En partenariat avec des experts scientifiques et r\u00e9glementaires locaux pour sensibiliser les responsables de l&#039;agence aux avantages scientifiques d\u00e9montr\u00e9s dans les recherches du client<br \/>\n2. R\u00e9glementations probiotiques de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans le monde entier<br \/>\n3. R\u00e9daction de lignes directrices recommand\u00e9es<br \/>\n4. Pr\u00e9parer et soumettre le dossier scientifique et le dossier r\u00e9glementaire<br \/>\n5.
