{"id":2510,"date":"2021-03-17T14:48:07","date_gmt":"2021-03-17T06:48:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regask.com\/?p=2510"},"modified":"2024-10-26T03:28:30","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T19:28:30","slug":"projets-de-reglementation-sur-les-cosmetiques-en-chine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regask.com\/fr\/china-cosmetics-regulation-drafts\/","title":{"rendered":"Deux projets de r\u00e9glementation chinois impactants sur les cosm\u00e9tiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s \u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#039;Administration nationale des produits m\u00e9dicaux de Chine (NMPA) a annonc\u00e9 le R\u00e8glement sur la gestion des documents d&#039;enregistrement et de d\u00e9p\u00f4t pour les nouveaux ingr\u00e9dients cosm\u00e9tiques et l&#039;administration de l&#039;enregistrement et du d\u00e9p\u00f4t des cosm\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 deux projets de r\u00e9glementation chinoise sur les cosm\u00e9tiques ayant un impact en novembre dernier : l&#039;Administration nationale des produits m\u00e9dicaux de Chine (NMPA) a annonc\u00e9 que les \u00ab R\u00e8glements sur la gestion des documents d&#039;enregistrement et de d\u00e9p\u00f4t pour les nouveaux ingr\u00e9dients cosm\u00e9tiques \u00bb et \u00ab Administration de l&#039;enregistrement et du d\u00e9p\u00f4t des cosm\u00e9tiques \u00bb entreront en vigueur \u00e0 partir du 1er mai 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Ces deux r\u00e9glementations r\u00e9duisent la charge de travail des fabricants en mati\u00e8re de rapports r\u00e9glementaires, notamment en fournissant des mod\u00e8les pour certains documents courants et en simplifiant le processus d&#039;approbation.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi ces changements, le principal concerne la gestion des nouvelles mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res cosm\u00e9tiques. Depuis mai 2021, seules les nouvelles mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res cosm\u00e9tiques \u00e0 haut risque pr\u00e9sentant des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anticorrosion, de protection solaire, de coloration, de coloration capillaire, d&#039;\u00e9limination des taches de rousseur et de blanchiment doivent \u00eatre enregistr\u00e9es.
