\u00c0 partir du 1er avril 2021, la deuxi\u00e8me phase de la modification de la norme officielle mexicaine (NOM-051) entrera en vigueur. Pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique et op\u00e9rationnelle, les autorit\u00e9s ont \u00e9tabli une p\u00e9riode, du 1er avril au 31 mai 2021, pendant laquelle les produits conformes aux dispositions de la premi\u00e8re phase et les produits identiques conformes \u00e0 la deuxi\u00e8me phase pourront coexister dans les rayons.<\/p>\n

La norme NOM-051 est l'une des r\u00e9glementations les plus strictes en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9tiquetage des aliments pr\u00e9emball\u00e9s et des boissons non alcoolis\u00e9es au monde. Selon cette r\u00e9glementation, les \u00e9tiquettes des aliments pr\u00e9emball\u00e9s et des boissons non alcoolis\u00e9es doivent comporter de nouvelles informations commerciales et sanitaires.<\/p>\n
