L'Administration g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des douanes de Chine<\/a> (GACC) a publi\u00e9 les ordonnances n\u00b0 248 et 249. Ces ordonnances sont tr\u00e8s importantes pour les fabricants \u00e9trangers qui souhaitent exporter des produits alimentaires vers la Chine. Ces deux r\u00e9glementations entreront en vigueur le 1er janvier 2022.<\/p>\n

L'ordonnance n\u00b0 248 stipule que toutes les entreprises de production \u00e9trang\u00e8res qui importent des produits alimentaires doivent \u00eatre enregistr\u00e9es. Certains fabricants de produits alimentaires particuliers doivent \u00eatre recommand\u00e9s par leurs autorit\u00e9s nationales (r\u00e9gionales) \u00e0 la GACC pour enregistrement. D'autres doivent demander leur enregistrement \u00e0 la GACC eux-m\u00eames ou en faisant appel \u00e0 leurs agents.<\/p>\n

Ces deux r\u00e9glementations ont un impact significatif sur les importateurs, car ils sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des exigences de conformit\u00e9 douani\u00e8re plus complexes.<\/p>\n
