FSANZ<\/a> Modification publi\u00e9e de la section 198 de la Gazette des normes alimentaires. Le document met en \u00e9vidence les autorisations suivantes :<\/p>\n

\u2013 L\u2019ajout volontaire de 2'FL (2'\u2011O\u2011fucosyllactose) seul ou en association avec LNnT (Lacto-N-n\u00e9ot\u00e9traose).
\nLes oligosaccharides 2'FL et LNnT sont produits par fermentation microbienne \u00e0 l'aide de bact\u00e9ries g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement modifi\u00e9es. En Australie et en Nouvelle-Z\u00e9lande, leur ajout aux pr\u00e9parations pour nourrissons est autoris\u00e9, mais pas aux compl\u00e9ments alimentaires formul\u00e9s pour les jeunes enfants.<\/p>\n

Les oligosaccharides ne pr\u00e9sentent aucun risque pour la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des nourrissons, sont naturellement pr\u00e9sents dans le lait maternel et permettent d\u2019aligner davantage la composition des pr\u00e9parations pour nourrissons sur celle du lait maternel.<\/p>\n

\u2013 L\u2019autorisation de la l\u00e9gh\u00e9moglobine de soja dans les produits analogues \u00e0 la viande.
\nLa FSANZ a examin\u00e9 la l\u00e9gh\u00e9moglobine de soja et n'a soulev\u00e9 aucune pr\u00e9occupation en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 publique et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 associ\u00e9e \u00e0 son utilisation dans les produits analogues \u00e0 la viande au niveau maximal propos\u00e9 de 0,8% de l\u00e9gh\u00e9moglobine de soja dans le produit cru.<\/p>\n
