Le gouvernement japonais a pris des mesures pour lutter contre l\u2019addiction \u00e0 l\u2019alcool au sein de sa population en exigeant d\u00e9sormais que les \u00e9tiquettes des boissons alcoolis\u00e9es indiquent la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019alcool contenue dans le produit, ainsi que le taux d\u2019alcool par volume (ABV), qui indique la teneur en alcool en grammes de la boisson. Ces mesures s\u2019inscrivent dans le cadre des plans du gouvernement visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le risque de maladies li\u00e9es au mode de vie et \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les effets secondaires n\u00e9fastes de la consommation d\u2019alcool.<\/p>\n

En raison de la popularit\u00e9 r\u00e9cente des produits Chuhai contenant pr\u00e8s de 10% d'alcool, les experts ont soulign\u00e9 le risque que les gens consomment inconsciemment de grandes quantit\u00e9s d'alcool. La quantit\u00e9 d'alcool dans une canette de 500 ml de bi\u00e8re avec 5% ABV correspond \u00e0 20 g, mais les autorit\u00e9s sanitaires japonaises et d'autres industries ont soulign\u00e9 que la m\u00e9thode actuelle d'affichage du niveau d'alcool avec les seuls pourcentages rend difficile pour les consommateurs de comprendre exactement la quantit\u00e9 d'alcool qu'ils consomment.<\/p>\n

Le gouvernement a donc r\u00e9agi \u00e0 cette situation et demande aux brasseurs d\u2019afficher la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019alcool \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du degr\u00e9 ABV, afin que les consommateurs sachent quelle quantit\u00e9 d\u2019alcool ils consomment.<\/p>\n
