En vertu de l&#039;article 32(1) du r\u00e8glement (CE) n\u00b0 1333\/2008, les additifs alimentaires dont l&#039;utilisation \u00e9tait autoris\u00e9e dans l&#039;Union europ\u00e9enne avant le 20 janvier 2009 doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9\u00e9valu\u00e9s par l&#039;Autorit\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des aliments (EFSA). Le programme de cette r\u00e9\u00e9valuation est \u00e9tabli par le r\u00e8glement (UE) n\u00b0 257\/2010 de la Commission.
