{"id":2937,"date":"2021-08-11T16:13:34","date_gmt":"2021-08-11T08:13:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regask.com\/?p=2937"},"modified":"2024-10-16T02:37:10","modified_gmt":"2024-10-15T18:37:10","slug":"securite-du-fructoborate-de-calcium-de-lefsa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regask.com\/fr\/efsa-calcium-fructoborate-safety\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#039;EFSA r\u00e9alise une \u00e9valuation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du fructobor\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le 5 juillet 2021, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efsa.europa.eu\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l&#039;EFSA<\/a> Le groupe scientifique sur la nutrition, les nouveaux aliments et les allerg\u00e8nes alimentaires (NDA) a publi\u00e9 son avis scientifique demand\u00e9 par la Commission europ\u00e9enne sur le fructoborate de calcium en tant que nouvel aliment conform\u00e9ment au r\u00e8glement (UE) 2015\/2283.<\/p>\n<p>Ce nouvel aliment est produit par synth\u00e8se chimique et contient au maximum 2,91 TP18T de bore, en moyenne 4,71 TP18T de calcium et 84,21 TP18T de fructose. Il est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 et commercialis\u00e9 comme compl\u00e9ment alimentaire.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9valuation, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans des conditions reproduisant l&#039;environnement gastro-intestinal (GI), a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le fructoborate de calcium \u00e9tait enti\u00e8rement hydrolys\u00e9 dans l&#039;intestin. Le groupe scientifique a \u00e9galement consid\u00e9r\u00e9 la toxicit\u00e9 du bore comme pertinente pour son \u00e9valuation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
