{"id":2944,"date":"2021-08-24T15:47:49","date_gmt":"2021-08-24T07:47:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regask.com\/?p=2944"},"modified":"2024-11-16T05:18:23","modified_gmt":"2024-11-15T21:18:23","slug":"revue-des-nanomateriaux-cosmetiques-de-lue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regask.com\/fr\/eu-cosmetics-nanomaterials-review\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#039;UE publie une r\u00e9vision de la r\u00e9glementation sur les cosm\u00e9tiques concernant..."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/index_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Commission europ\u00e9enne<\/a> (CE) a publi\u00e9 et partag\u00e9 un rapport sur l\u2019utilisation des nanomat\u00e9riaux dans les cosm\u00e9tiques et une r\u00e9vision du cadre r\u00e9glementaire des cosm\u00e9tiques avec le Parlement europ\u00e9en.<\/p>\n<p>Les principales conclusions du rapport sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chaque jour, environ 10 nouveaux produits cosm\u00e9tiques de ce type sont mis sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019UE ; cela ne repr\u00e9sente qu\u2019une petite fraction (entre 1,2% et 1,5%) du nombre total de nouveaux produits.<\/li>\n<li>Les cat\u00e9gories de produits les plus courantes associ\u00e9es \u00e0 un cosm\u00e9tique contenant des nanomat\u00e9riaux sont : la protection solaire, le vernis \u00e0 ongles\/maquillage pour les ongles, les soins capillaires oxydants, les produits de fond de teint et de soin des l\u00e8vres et le rouge \u00e0 l\u00e8vres.<\/li>\n<li>La plupart des citoyens de l\u2019UE consid\u00e8rent qu\u2019il est important d\u2019\u00eatre inform\u00e9s de la pr\u00e9sence de nanomat\u00e9riaux dans les produits finis qu\u2019ils ach\u00e8tent. L\u2019\u00e9tiquetage num\u00e9rique pourrait \u00eatre envisag\u00e9 pour compl\u00e9ter et am\u00e9liorer encore l\u2019\u00e9tiquetage des nanomat\u00e9riaux dans les produits cosm\u00e9tiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le rapport mentionne \u00e9galement que l\u2019alignement de la d\u00e9finition des nanomat\u00e9riaux du r\u00e8glement sur les cosm\u00e9tiques avec une d\u00e9finition horizontale pourrait accro\u00eetre la coh\u00e9rence entre les l\u00e9gislations, mais devrait \u00eatre soigneusement \u00e9valu\u00e9 afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer ses effets potentiels.
