{"id":3086,"date":"2022-01-03T10:25:30","date_gmt":"2022-01-03T02:25:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regask.com\/?p=3086"},"modified":"2024-10-16T23:34:08","modified_gmt":"2024-10-16T15:34:08","slug":"revision-du-reglement-europeen-sur-les-cosmetiques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regask.com\/fr\/eu-cosmetics-regulation-revision\/","title":{"rendered":"Consultation publique sur la r\u00e9vision du r\u00e8glement europ\u00e9en sur les cosm\u00e9tiques\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Des avanc\u00e9es sont attendues prochainement dans la r\u00e9alisation de l&#039;objectif de la Commission europ\u00e9enne de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une r\u00e9vision substantielle du r\u00e8glement europ\u00e9en sur les cosm\u00e9tiques 1223\/2009.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9vision d\u00e9coule de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#039;adapter la structure du r\u00e8glement sur les cosm\u00e9tiques \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie europ\u00e9enne pour la durabilit\u00e9 dans le domaine des produits chimiques (CSS), une initiative mondiale visant \u00e0 transformer le paysage r\u00e9glementaire des produits chimiques de l&#039;UE, ce qui aura un impact sur de nombreux secteurs. La CSS est l&#039;un des piliers du Pacte vert pour l&#039;UE, une politique ambitieuse au niveau communautaire visant \u00e0 renforcer la durabilit\u00e9 dans l&#039;UE.<\/p>\n<p>En octobre 2021, la Commission europ\u00e9enne a re\u00e7u des commentaires sur la feuille de route pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment publi\u00e9e pour la r\u00e9vision du r\u00e8glement sur les cosm\u00e9tiques.
