{"id":3109,"date":"2022-01-20T08:39:18","date_gmt":"2022-01-20T00:39:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regask.com\/?p=3109"},"modified":"2024-10-21T03:22:33","modified_gmt":"2024-10-20T19:22:33","slug":"fibres-alimentaires-de-gomme-dacacia-de-la-fda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regask.com\/fr\/fda-acacia-gum-dietary-fiber\/","title":{"rendered":"La FDA accorde une p\u00e9tition citoyenne sur l&#039;acacia (gomme arabique) en tant que\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FDA (Food and Drug Administration) des \u00c9tats-Unis<\/a> a annonc\u00e9 le 17 d\u00e9cembre 2021 son intention de proposer que \u00ab l&#039;acacia (gomme arabique) \u00bb, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de gomme arabique, soit inclus dans la d\u00e9finition des fibres alimentaires de la FDA.<\/p>\n<p>En attendant que la FDA ait termin\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de la r\u00e9glementation visant \u00e0 ajouter des fibres suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition r\u00e9glementaire des fibres alimentaires, l\u2019agence a l\u2019intention d\u2019exercer son pouvoir discr\u00e9tionnaire en mati\u00e8re d\u2019application de la loi pour permettre aux fabricants d\u2019inclure la quantit\u00e9 de ces fibres suppl\u00e9mentaires dans la d\u00e9claration des fibres alimentaires sur les \u00e9tiquettes des informations nutritionnelles et des suppl\u00e9ments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Historique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les fibres alimentaires qui peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9clar\u00e9es sur les \u00e9tiquettes de valeur nutritive et de suppl\u00e9ments comprennent certaines fibres naturelles qui sont \u00ab intrins\u00e8ques et intactes \u00bb dans les plantes et des glucides solubles et insolubles non digestibles isol\u00e9s ou synth\u00e9tiques ajout\u00e9s dont la FDA a d\u00e9termin\u00e9 qu\u2019ils ont des effets physiologiques b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour la sant\u00e9 humaine.<\/p>\n<p>La FDA a \u00e9tabli une d\u00e9finition des fibres alimentaires dans sa r\u00e9glementation finale de 2016 sur les \u00e9tiquettes de valeur nutritive. Sur la base des preuves disponibles, la FDA a d\u00e9termin\u00e9 que les preuves scientifiques soutiennent que la gomme arabique peut aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les niveaux de glucose et d&#039;insuline dans le sang apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 consomm\u00e9e avec un repas contenant un glucide qui augmente les niveaux de glucose dans le sang.<\/p>\n<p>Avec cette notification actuelle concernant la gomme arabique, 18 cat\u00e9gories de glucides non digestibles (y compris une large cat\u00e9gorie de fibres de parois cellulaires v\u00e9g\u00e9tales mixtes) sont soit incluses dans la d\u00e9finition des fibres alimentaires, soit sont des glucides non digestibles que la FDA a l&#039;intention de proposer d&#039;ajouter \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition des fibres alimentaires.<\/p>\n<p>Sept de ces fibres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es dans la r\u00e9glementation finale sur les \u00e9tiquettes de valeur nutritive comme r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition des fibres alimentaires. En attendant que la FDA ait finalis\u00e9 la r\u00e9glementation visant \u00e0 ajouter des fibres suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition r\u00e9glementaire des fibres alimentaires, l&#039;agence a l&#039;intention d&#039;exercer son pouvoir discr\u00e9tionnaire pour que les fabricants incluent la quantit\u00e9 de ces fibres suppl\u00e9mentaires dans la d\u00e9claration des fibres alimentaires sur les \u00e9tiquettes de valeur nutritive et de compl\u00e9ments alimentaires.
