Le SgFS sert de ressource compl\u00e8te unique pour les statistiques cl\u00e9s du secteur agroalimentaire \u00e0 Singapour.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Principaux faits marquants de 2019 \u00e0 2021 pour les fabricants de produits alimentaires et de boissons :<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Chapitre 3 : Adopter une approche fond\u00e9e sur les risques : la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire \u00e0 Singapour<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>En 2021, un total de 16 630 licences d&#039;importation et environ 1,067 million de permis d&#039;importation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9s, soit une augmentation de 1,91 TP18T et 81 TP18T respectivement par rapport \u00e0 2020<\/li>\n<li>102 avertissements \u00e9mis en 2021, 59 amendes compos\u00e9es et 7 proc\u00e9dures judiciaires impos\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Depuis juillet 2019, la SFA a adopt\u00e9 une approche fond\u00e9e sur les risques pour l&#039;inspection des importations alimentaires. Les envois sont test\u00e9s pour d\u00e9tecter les agents pathog\u00e8nes, les produits chimiques, les contaminants et les r\u00e9sidus de m\u00e9dicaments. En moyenne, pour les aliments transform\u00e9s, le nombre d&#039;\u00e9chantillons collect\u00e9s varie de 700 \u00e0 plus de 800 par trimestre. Les inspections \u00e9taient plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es pour la viande et les produits carn\u00e9s ainsi que pour les fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais.<\/li>\n<li>Le non-respect des normes d&#039;inspection de la SFA par les \u00e9tablissements de vente au d\u00e9tail d&#039;aliments est rest\u00e9 faible entre 2019 et 2021, \u00e0 3% en moyenne.
