La p\u00e9riode de transition est termin\u00e9e et toutes les publicit\u00e9s destin\u00e9es aux consommateurs doivent respecter la derni\u00e8re version du TGAC \u00e0 compter du 1er juillet 2022.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Pour aider les entreprises et les \u00e9diteurs \u00e0 se conformer, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tga.gov.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TGA<\/a> a mis \u00e0 jour et publi\u00e9 des documents d\u2019orientation couvrant :<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Partie 4 \u2013 D\u00e9clarations obligatoires et autres informations requises<\/li>\n<li>Partie 5 \u2013 Exigences suppl\u00e9mentaires pour les publicit\u00e9s concernant des produits th\u00e9rapeutiques particuliers<\/li>\n<li>Partie 6 \u2013 T\u00e9moignages et recommandations<\/li>\n<li>Partie 7 \u2013 \u00c9chantillons et incitations<\/li>\n<li>Partie 8 \u2013 Repr\u00e9sentations restreintes<\/li>\n<li>Partie 9 \u2013 Informations sur les prix<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Les informations suppl\u00e9mentaires sont fournies sous forme de documents Word et PDF via des liens sur la page d&#039;accueil (site Web fourni ci-dessus). Les directives relatives aux autres parties du TGAC seront bient\u00f4t mises \u00e0 jour.
