Le 26 ao\u00fbt 2022, ANMAT<\/a> publi\u00e9 la Disposition 6924\/2022 qui pr\u00e9voit les r\u00e8gles sp\u00e9cifiques pour la publicit\u00e9 des denr\u00e9es alimentaires contenant au moins un (1) sceau concernant l'\u00e9tiquetage FOP approuv\u00e9 par la loi n\u00b0 27642 et r\u00e9glement\u00e9 par le d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 151\/2022.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Ces r\u00e8gles s'appliquent \u00e0 toute publicit\u00e9, promotion et\/ou parrainage destin\u00e9 au public et diffus\u00e9 dans les m\u00e9dias de masse traditionnels et num\u00e9riques d'aliments emball\u00e9s et de boissons non alcoolis\u00e9es contenant au moins un (1) sceau d'avertissement (y compris les mises en garde sur les \u00e9dulcorants et\/ou la caf\u00e9ine), qu'ils soient nationaux ou import\u00e9s.<\/div>\n
