Les larves du petit t\u00e9n\u00e9brion (Alphitobius diaperinus) congel\u00e9es, sous forme de p\u00e2te, s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et de poudre peuvent \u00eatre commercialis\u00e9es dans l'UE en tant que nouvel aliment \u00e0 partir du 26 janvier 2023.<\/div>\n

Il s\u2019agit de l\u2019effet d\u2019un r\u00e8glement propos\u00e9 par le Commission europ\u00e9enne<\/a> et approuv\u00e9 par les \u00c9tats membres, publi\u00e9 le 5 janvier 2023. Avec les larves du petit t\u00e9n\u00e9brion, les insectes et leurs d\u00e9riv\u00e9s ont re\u00e7u le feu vert de l'Union europ\u00e9enne comme nouvel aliment apr\u00e8s les larves du Tenebrio molitor, des criquets et des grillons.<\/div>\n
