Le 23 juin 2023, la Dairy Standard Agency d'Afrique du Sud a ajout\u00e9 une liste combin\u00e9e de lois, de r\u00e9glementations et de normes relatives \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et aux aspects de qualit\u00e9 du lait et d'autres produits laitiers, puisque l'industrie laiti\u00e8re est r\u00e9glement\u00e9e par diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9partements gouvernementaux : le minist\u00e8re du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de la Concurrence, le minist\u00e8re de l'Agriculture, de la R\u00e9forme agraire et du D\u00e9veloppement rural.<\/div>\n

Chacun d\u2019entre eux contr\u00f4le un \u00e9l\u00e9ment sp\u00e9cifique de la l\u00e9gislation r\u00e9gissant l\u2019industrie laiti\u00e8re par le biais de lois, de r\u00e8glements et de lignes directrices pertinents.<\/div>\n
