{"id":4325,"date":"2023-07-14T16:02:09","date_gmt":"2023-07-14T08:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regask.com\/?p=4325"},"modified":"2024-10-26T02:57:02","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T18:57:02","slug":"la-france-interdit-les-emballages-plastiques-pour-les-produits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regask.com\/fr\/france-bans-plastic-produce-packaging\/","title":{"rendered":"La France publie un d\u00e9cret interdisant la vente de fruits frai\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div>Le d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2023-478 du 20 juin 2023 relatif \u00e0 l&#039;obligation de pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 la vente les fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais non transform\u00e9s sans emballage constitu\u00e9 en tout ou partie de mati\u00e8re plastique a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 le 21 juin et entre en vigueur le 1er juillet 2023.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Elle s\u2019applique aux fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais vendus dans les commerces de d\u00e9tail sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans la vente de fruits et l\u00e9gumes en magasin, sur les \u00e9tals et sur les march\u00e9s.
