En tant que premi\u00e8re loi globale sur l&#039;IA au monde, l&#039;AIA est con\u00e7ue pour favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement et le d\u00e9ploiement d&#039;une IA \u00ab centr\u00e9e sur l&#039;humain et digne de confiance \u00bb dans divers secteurs, notamment les dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux et les dispositifs de diagnostic in vitro (DIV). Publi\u00e9e au Journal officiel le 12 juillet 2024, la loi entrera en vigueur le 2 ao\u00fbt 2024. Toutefois, les exigences ciblant sp\u00e9cifiquement les dispositifs \u00e0 haut risque seront appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 partir du 2 ao\u00fbt 2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principales dispositions de la loi sur l\u2019intelligence artificielle<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Une IA centr\u00e9e sur l&#039;humain et digne de confiance<\/strong>:L\u2019AIA vise \u00e0 garantir que les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019IA, en particulier ceux utilis\u00e9s dans les contextes m\u00e9dicaux et diagnostiques, sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et utilis\u00e9s d\u2019une mani\u00e8re qui privil\u00e9gie le bien-\u00eatre et la confiance humains.<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u00e8gles du march\u00e9 harmonis\u00e9es<\/strong>:La loi introduit des r\u00e8gles standardis\u00e9es pour la mise sur le march\u00e9 de produits bas\u00e9s sur l\u2019IA, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un cadre r\u00e9glementaire coh\u00e9rent dans toute l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Premi\u00e8re loi globale sur l&#039;IA<\/strong>:Reconnue comme la premi\u00e8re l\u00e9gislation globale sur l\u2019IA au monde, l\u2019AIA repr\u00e9sente une approche pionni\u00e8re de la r\u00e9glementation de la technologie de l\u2019IA \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les entreprises du secteur des dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux et des dispositifs de diagnostic in vitro doivent commencer \u00e0 se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 se conformer \u00e0 l&#039;AIA.
