Il est le faux texte standard de l&#039;industrie depuis le XVIe si\u00e8cle, lorsqu&#039;un imprimeur anonyme assembla une liasse de caract\u00e8res pour en faire un recueil de sp\u00e9cimens typographiques. Il a non seulement surv\u00e9cu \u00e0 cinq si\u00e8cles, mais aussi \u00e0 l&#039;av\u00e8nement de la composition \u00e9lectronique, sans pour autant changer fondamentalement de forme. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 popularis\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es 1960 avec la sortie de feuilles Letraset contenant des passages du Lorem Ipsum, et plus r\u00e9cemment avec des logiciels de PAO comme Aldus PageMaker incluant des versions du Lorem Ipsum.<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi l&#039;utilisons-nous ?<\/h2>\n<p>Il est bien connu qu&#039;un lecteur sera distrait par le contenu lisible d&#039;une page lorsqu&#039;il examinera sa mise en page. L&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat du Lorem Ipsum r\u00e9side dans sa distribution de lettres plus ou moins normale, contrairement \u00e0 l&#039;utilisation de \u00ab\u00a0Contenu ici, contenu ici\u00a0\u00bb, qui lui conf\u00e8re une apparence lisible en anglais. De nombreux logiciels de PAO et \u00e9diteurs de pages web utilisent d\u00e9sormais le Lorem Ipsum comme mod\u00e8le de texte par d\u00e9faut, et une recherche sur \u00ab\u00a0lorem ipsum\u00a0\u00bb permet de d\u00e9couvrir de nombreux sites web encore balbutiants.
