{"id":7997,"date":"2025-03-05T18:03:48","date_gmt":"2025-03-05T10:03:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regask.com\/?p=7997"},"modified":"2025-03-05T18:03:48","modified_gmt":"2025-03-05T10:03:48","slug":"reglementation-de-la-vente-de-produits-cosmetiques-au-vietnam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regask.com\/fr\/vietnam-cosmetic-sales-regulation\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Vietnam renforce la surveillance du commerce des cosm\u00e9tiques sur le march\u00e9 sud-cor\u00e9en"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sur <strong>13 janvier 2025<\/strong>, le <strong>Administration des m\u00e9dicaments du Vietnam (DAV)<\/strong>, sous l&#039;\u00e9gide du minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9, a \u00e9mis <strong>D\u00e9p\u00eache officielle n\u00b0 119\/QLD-MP<\/strong>, en se concentrant sur la r\u00e9glementation de la production et du commerce de cosm\u00e9tiques sur les plateformes de m\u00e9dias sociaux populaires telles que <strong>TikTok, Zalo, Facebook, YouTube<\/strong>, et <strong>sites de commerce \u00e9lectronique<\/strong>Cette mesure vise \u00e0 garantir la qualit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des cosm\u00e9tiques vendus en ligne tout en s\u2019attaquant aux probl\u00e8mes de contrefa\u00e7on et de produits non autoris\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les principaux objectifs de cette directive sont de d\u00e9tecter et de lutter contre la production et la vente de <strong>cosm\u00e9tiques contrefaits<\/strong> et produits de <strong>origine incertaine<\/strong>, assurant la protection de <strong>droits des consommateurs<\/strong> et <strong>sant\u00e9 publique<\/strong>. Les inspections r\u00e9centes ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 des probl\u00e8mes importants, notamment l&#039;impossibilit\u00e9 de joindre les entreprises via les coordonn\u00e9es fournies sur les certificats d&#039;enregistrement ou sur les sites Web. En outre, bon nombre de ces entreprises avaient des adresses obsol\u00e8tes ou incorrectes, ne signalant pas les changements de localisation ou de repr\u00e9sentation l\u00e9gale, ce qui a compliqu\u00e9 les inspections r\u00e9glementaires.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9ponse, le DAV a demand\u00e9 aux d\u00e9partements de sant\u00e9 provinciaux de collaborer avec le <strong>389 Comit\u00e9 directeur<\/strong> et <strong>Agence de surveillance du march\u00e9<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>surveiller les cosm\u00e9tiques vendus sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et les plateformes de commerce \u00e9lectronique<\/strong>Le gouvernement imposera des sanctions strictes aux entreprises engag\u00e9es dans <strong>publicit\u00e9 mensong\u00e8re<\/strong>, la vente de <strong>contrefaire<\/strong> ou <strong>produits de qualit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure<\/strong>, et ceux qui ne respectent pas les r\u00e9glementations en vigueur. Les produits non conformes seront <strong>enlev\u00e9 et d\u00e9truit<\/strong> pour pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises de cosm\u00e9tiques sont tenues de respecter <strong>Circulaire n\u00b0 06\/2011\/TT-BYT<\/strong>, qui impose la soumission de d\u00e9clarations de produits pr\u00e9cises et la tenue \u00e0 jour de <strong>Fichiers d&#039;informations sur les produits (PIF)<\/strong>Avant que les produits ne soient autoris\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9, ils doivent \u00eatre approuv\u00e9s et enregistr\u00e9s, et les entreprises doivent \u00eatre pr\u00eates \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter leurs PIF sur demande lors des inspections.<\/p>\n<p>La directive du DAV souligne son engagement en faveur d&#039;une <strong>Surveillance post-commercialisation<\/strong> pour garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la qualit\u00e9 et l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 de tous les produits cosm\u00e9tiques au Vietnam. Cette mise \u00e0 jour r\u00e9glementaire renforce consid\u00e9rablement la surveillance des cosm\u00e9tiques commercialis\u00e9s num\u00e9riquement, ce qui exerce une pression sur les entreprises pour qu&#039;elles garantissent leur <strong>d\u00e9clarations de produits<\/strong> sont exacts et que leur <strong>d\u00e9tails de l&#039;entreprise<\/strong> sont \u00e0 jour.<\/p>\n<p>La directive est entr\u00e9e en vigueur imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s sa publication le <strong>13 janvier 2025<\/strong>, et les entreprises doivent agir rapidement pour se conformer aux r\u00e9glementations d\u00e9crites.
